Provide support for maintaining a clean and safe environment for the cook room

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

 
  • Pick up trash from the cook room area
  • Transport bagged trash to dumpsters
  • Sweep food off floor keeping drains free from food build up
  • Squeegee water off cook room floor
  • Open food packs into barrels for cooks
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines
  • Perform other related duties as required
