Job Description
Operation of equipment and assembly of parts to complete torque converter product in conformance
with company and quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities described below are subject to management discretion
and may be changed at any time based upon corporate need or reasonable accommodation. Other duties
may be assigned by the supervisor of this position. (
• Operation of equipment that includes CNC (computer numeric control) Lathes, Grinders, Welders,
Stamping Presses, Milling Machines, Testers, Furnaces, Polishers, Glue Applications, Piercing,
Balancers, etc.
• Change over equipment from one type product to another.
• Verification of product quality using various types of gauging and visual inspection.
• Maintaining proper calibration of gauges and machines.
• Minor maintenance of equipment.
• Documentation of product and machine data as required per M.Q.C. standards.
• Support of team members to achieve goals (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale).
• Full support of 5S5T program.
• Complies with applicable Exedy America Corporation policies and procedures.

• Good hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to pay careful attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely under pressure.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
