Job Description
Paint Manipulator loads, unloads parts and adapters on jigs and unloads on and off the conveyor system using a manipulator.
Shift: 1st ( Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:00 pm ) Must be able to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
Pay: $16.85
Job Functions:
Load the paint jigs, unload paint jigs
Read and follow instructions and specifications in order to load, unload, and pack finished production in an accurate and timely manner with high quality
May perform rework and secondary operations as required within production department parameters to meet customer requirements
Gauge and / or inspect components and sub assemblies as required by control plan / work instructions
Perform checks and audits on line as required by control plans to assure quality parts are being produced
Experience / Qualifications:
1 year experience working in manufacturing
Must be able to work well individually and in a team environment
Must score average or above on the color hue test when working in departments that work with colored products
Excellent hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally to frequently
Ability to perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Moderate level of mobility; ability to push, pull, and move product
Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, and highly organized
At least 18 years of age
Must have reliable transportation
Physical Demands:
Arm manipulation is constant and essential
Finger manipulation is constant and essential
Must be able to stand the whole shift
Frequent carrying, walking, lifting up to 30lbs, lifting up to 50lbs, bending, pulling, pushing
Occasional lifting over 50 lbs and kneeling
Constant standing, lifting up to 10 lbs, finger and arm manipulation
