Machine Operators needed for a large manufacturing company located in Clinton, TN. Starting pay range is $18.00 to $19.00 per hour. These are 12 hour shifts starting at 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Starting on a contract-to-hire basis with a strong benefits package after full time hire.

General Information:

Manufacturing Assemblers needed for a fast paced and growing manufacturing company located in Mascot, TN. Starting pay range is $15.50 to $18.35 per hour. Shift hours are 5:00 AM until 1:30 PM, with occasional overtime available.

Job Description:
Manufacturing staff disassemble, recondition, remanufacture, and reassemble used rail bearings and also assemble new rail bearings.

Gem Care has an immediate opening for an experienced Industrial Painter in Knoxville, TN. This is a 1st shift position (7:00 AM until 3:30 PM) Monday through Friday. Starting pay rate is $20.00 per hour (possibly higher with significant experience).

Job Description
- Set up paint pressure pot and nozzle equipment
- Sandblast surfaces or remove rust as necessary
- Mix and apply pain or other coatings
- Use a brush to coat areas as necessary
- Notify manager of inventory needs
- Follow all safety regulations and rules
Industrial Painter Skills and Qualifications:

Pipe Support Designer
PIPE SUPPORT DESIGNER

Pipe Support Designer needed for a highly reputable manufacturing company located near Knoxville, TN. This is a 6 month contract-to-hire opportunity with the ability to eventually lead a team of drafter/designers. Starting pay range is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour (depending on education, skills, and experience).

Job Description:
Responsible for creating plans, designs, specifications and drawings based on calculations and written instructions provided by customers, or engineers. These will be used by the company’s manufacturing team to build a range of different products, from pipe support systems to standardized support components, using computer-aided design software applications.

General Duties:
- Create, review, or revise product or pipe support plans and specifications.
- Design components for new or existing products or applications.
- Ensure accuracy of drawings and bills of materials generated by CADD/Designers; minimize or eliminate rework in manufacturing.
- Work in a team environment to ensure accuracy and provide quality work.
- Participate in meetings and work closely with estimating, manufacturing, OL, production and customer personnel to ensure quality design of new or redesigned products.
- Ensure that design ideas are sound and in keeping with budgetary constraints.
- Maintain working knowledge of the industry and apply industry specific codes and standards with the specifications of the designs that have been assigned.
- Ability to work with Support Modeler, MicroStation and PDMS, 2D & 3D environments and Auto CAD.
- Ensure that electronic files of design documentation and other engineering data are securely maintained.
- Verify drawings and documents are in accordance with engineering standards or release to manufacturing prior to ‘Release’.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Vocational and technical schools certifications/diplomas in AutoCAD
- 5+ years of experience in 3-D modeling environment working specifically on pipe supports.
- Associates degree in industrial design or engineering is preferred.
- Knowledgeable of the industry safety and procedural requirements.
- Working knowledge of and/or experience with ASME 31.1 and Section 8 nuclear requirements desired
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office software required in job.
- Conceptualization skills are required to visualize finished products and projects. Skills in computer aided drafting techniques, and structural drafting preferred.
- Goal-focused, thrive in a fast paced collaborative team environment.
- Excellent oral/written communication and creative problem-solving skills. Possess the ability to communicate with and transfer information to and from the customer and transfer drawing or report information to and from other engineers & technicians.
