ISO & Compliance Coordinator needed for an exciting manufacturing company located near Knoxville, TN. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a highly competitive salary and benefits package. Salary will depend on experience, education, and training.

Job Description:
Development, implementation, and coordination of compliance programs. Monitoring compliance with regulations, conducting audits, and providing training to staff across various departments. Essential skills include technical knowledge of regulatory frameworks, operational insight, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Developing and implementing ISO compliant systems including policies and procedures.
• Training staff on ISO requirements and compliance practices.
• Monitoring and analyzing compliance performance metrics.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues.
• Documenting compliance activities and maintaining records.
• Conduct training for audit team and serve as Lead Auditor.
• Maintain Document Control System.
• Lead internal “Process-Based” audits, focusing on compliance and continuous improvement.
• Schedule & lead external audits.
• Monitor corrective actions from audit findings and ensure their completion.
• Schedule and facilitate Management Review
• Facilitate structured problem solving.
• Lead/facilitate NC/CAPA reviews for accuracy and completion.
• Drive cultural, systemic embedment ISO processes.

Education, Skills, and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of ISO compliance.
• Experience with ISO standards and implementation of (9001:2015, 14001, 45001).
• Lead Auditor Certification.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Experienced in structured problem solving with the ability to lead others.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, & Visio).
• Good writing skills required.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
