Job Description: Our manufacturing team produces critical components through precision casting and tooling. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our 2nd and 3rd shift teams. Whether you are inspecting the final product for perfection or maintaining the complex dies that make production possible, these roles require a high level of alertness, physical stamina, and a commitment to quality in a fast-paced industrial environment.
General Information:
- Shifts: 2nd and 3rd Shift openings available
- Pay: Competitive hourly rates with associated shift differentials
- Attire: Short sleeve shirt, durable pants, and safety shoes (Steel-toe shoes required in specific departments)
- Requirements: Must complete a strict background check and drug screening
Essential Duties:
- Read and write English fluently to document production logs and safety reports.
- Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
- Maintain intense concentration to ensure accuracy and prevent equipment downtime.
- Monitor daily production quotas and adjust pace to meet or exceed targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE in high-activity zones.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and perform repetitive motions.
- Capable of standing for the duration of an 8 to 12-hour shift.
- Strong attention to detail with a “safety-first” mindset.
- Proficiency in reading, transcribing, and verifying numerical data.
- Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record.
- Ability to thrive in a high-temperature, fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Mechanically inclined with an aptitude for troubleshooting and working with hand tools.
