Contract-to-hire Aluminum Manufacturing Machine Operator

Job Description:
The manufacturing team plays a vital role in crafting high-quality automotive parts, from the exciting process of aluminum melting and casting all the way through to the final stages. This dynamic role demands exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus.
General Information:
- Pay: $18.00 per hour with a night shift differential
- Attire: Long sleave or short sleave, durable pants (Jeans or Cargo Pants), safety glasses, and steel-toe safety shoes.
Essential Duties:
- Read and write English fluently
- Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Maintain concentration throughout the shift to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain awareness of daily production quotas and work to achieve them
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Capable of standing for long periods of time
- Strong concentration and attention to detail
- Proficiency in reading and transcribing numerical data
- Awareness of and commitment to meeting daily production goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production setting
